Project Description
DIGI-MENTOR 60+: Developing Digital Competencies of Seniors is an Erasmus+ project designed to tackle digital exclusion among older adults and promote active ageing through lifelong learning.
As digital technologies increasingly influence everyday life, many seniors face technological and psychological barriers that prevent them from fully participating in modern society. DIGI-MENTOR 60+ addresses these challenges by providing accessible educational resources, practical ICT training, and personalised mentoring support tailored to the needs of people aged 60 and above.
Three main target groups:
- Seniors, who are the main beneficiaries of the project;
- ICT trainers and adult educators, who will implement and test the developed materials;
- Project experts, who contribute to the development of methodologies and educational resources.
A flexible learning approach, adapted pace, and motivational support are at the heart of the project, helping seniors gain confidence and independence in the digital world.
