Local Knowledge Transfer Successfully Implemented Across Partner Countries
Local Knowledge Transfer activities have been conducted under the Erasmus+ TeachQuestPro project throughout partner countries, namely in Hungary, Croatia, Ireland, Italy, and Greece. The organisation of such national trainings is a crucial milestone on the road to the efficient implementation of the TeachQuestPro training methodology.
In total, 10 schools in five partner countries took part in the initiative, while 20 teachers in each nation participated in training. The high rate of participation indicates the commitment to the successful implementation of the project from the side of our partner institutions.
The main goal of the Local Knowledge Transfer initiative has been to prepare teachers from partner associated schools to be able to take an active part in the implementation of the project. With the help of training sessions, teachers were prepared for:
- Understanding and effectively using the TeachQuestPro platform
- Preparing for active participation in Work Package 3 (WP3) Pilot Projects
The trainings witnessed a high level of engagement and motivation among participating teachers. Many expressed strong interest in their upcoming roles within the pilot phase, alongside a clear need for continuous guidance and support. In response, the project consortium has committed to providing ongoing assistance to ensure a smooth implementation process.
Overall, the Local Knowledge Transfer activities have successfully strengthened teachers’ confidence and readiness, laying a solid foundation for the practical rollout of the TeachQuestPro methodology in classrooms across Europe.
