Call for Participants – Train-the-Trainers Programme (OASIS Project)
The Erasmus+ funded OASIS – Opportunities for Awareness towards Sustainable and Mindful Digital Consumption project is inviting candidates for a Train-the-Trainers programme designed to empower professionals working at the intersection of mental health and digital wellbeing.
Who can apply?
We are looking to select 7 motivated participants from the following profiles:
- Mental health professionals
- Psychologists
- Counsellors
- Digital wellbeing experts
- Youth workers with experience in wellbeing programmes
About the Training
This programme aims to prepare professionals to guide young people in developing healthier digital habits and mindful technology use.
Participants will be equipped with both knowledge and facilitation skills to implement project activities effectively within their local contexts.
What will you learn?
The training will focus on two key resources developed within the project:
- Training Pack for Youth Workers
Providing a structured methodological framework and facilitation guidance
- Youth-Friendly Digital Wellbeing Toolkit
Offering practical exercises and self-reflection tools tailored for young people
