Description:
The OASIS project aims to promote mindful digital use among youth and enhance digital well-being. By developing a comprehensive training pack, organizing retreats, and creating digital tools, we seek to equip young people and educators with practical strategies and knowledge. The project also aims to influence digital wellness policies and foster a supportive community of digital wellness advocates.
Objectives:
The OASIS objectives are to:
O1: Advance knowledge, as well as support youth workers in their practices regarding the mental and physical impacts of prolonged digital usage among youth.
O2: Encourage mindful and resilient digital consumption by equipping youth with practical strategies for managing their digital use in a balanced manner, promoting healthier and more productive interactions with technology.
O3: Increase cross sectoral and transnational cooperation on bridging research, practice and policy in relation to mindful digital consumption among youth.
O4: Adopt a participatory approach by involving digital wellness experts, psychologists, youth workers and youth in the co-creation of the project resources and tools.
Project Results:
- The OASIS Training Pack for Youth Workers developed and digitalized in 3 languages (EN, GR, FR) to be accessed by over 500 youth workers as well as educators, digital wellness experts across all partner countries.
- 1 OASIS-Youth-Friendly Kit in 3 languages (EN, GR, FR)
- 1 OASIS platform in 3 languages (EN, GR, FR), hosting the digital detox program and training materials as well as the OASIS Filtering e-Tool to allow youth and youth workers to easily navigate and identify relevant sources based on their needs and priorities.
- A total of 4 Train the trainers event comprising of 30, of mental health professionals, psychologists, counsellors, digital wellness experts. Implementation of weekend retreats in each partner country for 15 youth participants per retreat, totaling 60 participants who will be known as the OASIS Ambassadors.
- 4 Virtual Roundtables with 30 OASIS Ambassadors, policymakers, youth workers and digital wellness experts.
- Extensive outreach and awareness campaigns including 4 local awareness-raising events, one social media campaign, 20 video stories, and 1 final international hybrid conference, aiming to reach more than 250,000 people.

Description:
The H2O Warriors project aims to promote water sustainability and eco-conscious behavior among school communities across Europe. Focused on education, awareness, and action, the project equips students, educators, and families with practical tools to champion responsible water use. H2O Warriors integrates hands-on activities, digital innovation, and international cooperation to foster a culture of environmental responsibility from the classroom to the wider community.
Objectives:
- O1: Protect aquatic environments by raising awareness and encouraging local action.
- O2: Teach water conservation through creative, curriculum-integrated activities and resources.
- O3: Promote sustainable water practices in schools, homes, and communities.
- O4: Foster environmental values and leadership among youth through active participation and transnational collaboration.
Project Results:
- A multilingual educational website featuring interactive content.
- A Virtual Water Footprint Calculator to help students assess personal and collective water usage.
- Guides, posters, banners, and digital e-books on water-saving techniques.
- A network of School Water Teams leading awareness campaigns.
- Celebration of World Water Day, World Ocean Day, and regional water-themed weeks.
- A series of international activities and LTTA mobilities in Lithuania, Türkiye, and Ireland.
- Creation of interactive science experiments, water-saving challenges, and upcycled fashion events.
- Final dissemination events with outreach to schools, policymakers, and families.
